Экономика права: предпосылки возникновения и история развития

Аннотация
В статье представлен анализ основных этапов формирования и развития экономики права, которые во многом определяют современное состояние этой дисциплины: на сегодняшний день экономика права объединяет различные школы и подходы. С одной стороны, наличие нескольких конкурирующих подходов в рамках одной дисциплины позволило существенно расширить ее границы, а с другой, - усилило неопределенность, связанную с выбором методологии анализа, и обострило внутренние противоречия. Различия в основных подходах демонстрируются на примере экономического анализа договорного права.
