Пенсионная система и трудовая активность: международный опыт

Аннотация
В статье анализируется взаимодействие пенсионной системы и рынка труда на основе эмпирических исследований, проводимых в странах ОЭСР. Основная задача работы — выявить, как изменение параметров пенсионной системы стимулирует или, напротив, препятствует росту экономической активности и занятости в разных возрастных группах. Анализ международного опыта позволяет предложить рекомендации по реформированию российской пенсионной системы с целью снизить напряженность на рынке труда.
